At Halliday, we're committed to delivering an innovative and satisfying eyewear experience. While we hope you love your Halliday Glasses, we understand that a return, cancellation, or refund request might sometimes be necessary — and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Digital Products
Reservation Deposit
You may cancel your Reservation Deposit for a full refund at any time before it is applied to a product order. Once applied, it forms part of that order and can no longer be cancelled on its own — from that point, your glasses order terms apply.
Digital purchases aren't physically shipped, so there's nothing to send back. We'll refund to your original payment method; processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Launch Pack
The Launch Pack — 12 months of Basic subscription — is included with your Halliday G2 at no additional charge. Because it comes as part of your glasses order, it can't be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit separately from that order.
If your glasses order is cancelled or returned, the Launch Pack is cancelled along with it. No separate charge was made for the Launch Pack, so no separate refund will be issued.
Upgrade Pack
The Upgrade Pack upgrades your included 12-month Launch Pack subscription from Basic to Pro or Max.
You may cancel it for a full refund at any time before shipment, or within 14 days of receiving your glasses. Cancelling the Upgrade Pack won't affect your glasses order or your Launch Pack — you keep your included 12 months of Basic either way.
If your glasses order is cancelled, we'll cancel and refund any associated Upgrade Pack automatically. We'll refund to your original payment method; processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Physical Products
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. The cancellation window runs from the date your order was placed.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled. Halliday glasses with prescription lenses are custom-made to your specifications, and once production begins, these orders are not eligible for cancellation or return — unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are our best estimate at the time of listing and may shift depending on production conditions. If we're unable to ship by the estimated date, we'll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund at that point.

Conditions for Return
Returns apply to physical products only — for digital purchases, see the Digital Products section above.
Before initiating a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
(a) Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date for each individual item. Items in a multi-item order are treated as separate products, each with its own return window based on its delivery date. You may return any item from a multi-item order without affecting the return eligibility of the others.
(b) Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase directly from Halliday is required for all return requests. This may include your order confirmation email or receipt.
(c) Product Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear, and packaged with all original protective materials intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will be rejected.
(d) Accessories and Gifts: All original accessories, complimentary gifts, and packaging materials that were included with the product must also be returned.
(e) Exclusions: Halliday Glasses with prescription lenses are considered custom-made and final sale items, not eligible for return or refund as the assembly process renders the entire pair non-salable. Exceptions are made only for items that are defective or were shipped in error.
Return Process
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, you may proceed with the following steps to initiate a return:
(a) Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to our customer support team at support@hallidayglobal.com with your order number and reason for return.
(b) Await Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation. Returns shipped without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.
(c) Ship the Product: Follow the return instructions provided by our support team to send the product back. Please ensure that all items are packaged as originally received to protect them during transit - damages due to improper packaging will affect your refund.
(d) Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes, except when the item is defective or has been shipped in error.
This return policy applies only to regions where Halliday provides shipping and customer support.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify compliance with the return conditions outlined above. After confirming that all conditions have been met, you will receive an email notification, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If a returned product is found to be used, damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund or reduce the refund amount proportionate to the product's diminished value.
Exchange & Defective Items Policy
Halliday does not offer direct exchanges, so that every customer receives a completely new and unused product.
