If your order includes the Launch Pack, your 12-month Membership Basic Plan will be automatically activated after you register your Halliday account and activate your Halliday G2 for the first time.
If you would like to upgrade from Basic to Pro or Max, you can use your Membership upgrade coupon to purchase your preferred plan.
Who Is Eligible?
You are eligible to receive a Launch Pack upgrade coupon if you:
- Purchased Priority Access and placed an order for Halliday G2.
- Received the Halliday Glasses Owners' Exclusive Offer and placed an order for Halliday G2.
- Placed your Halliday G2 order during the Launch Special period
Meeting one of the conditions above makes you eligible for the coupon. The coupon is issued when you complete the initial pairing of your G2 with the Halliday App and bind it to your Halliday account for the first time.
Find Your Upgrade Coupon
After you complete the initial pairing of your G2 for the first time, you can find your upgrade coupon in the following places:
- Email: An email with the subject "Your free year of Basic is live - upgradable to Pro or Max" will be sent to the email address used to register your Halliday App account and first pair your G2. The email includes your upgrade coupon code and a link to purchase your Pro or Max subscription upgrade.
- Halliday App: You will also receive an in-app notification with information about upgrading your plan.
Use Your Upgrade Coupon
To upgrade your subscription plan:
- Open the upgrade email or the notification in the Halliday App.
- Click Upgrade Now in the email to select the Pro or Max plan you would like to upgrade to.
- Select the plan you would like to upgrade to: Pro or Max.
- Enter your upgrade coupon code at checkout.
- Complete your order.
Get your redemption code
After you complete your Pro or Max upgrade order, a separate redemption code is sent to the email address used to place the order in an email with the subject"Your upgrade code is ready"
Use this redemption code to complete your upgrade to the Pro or Max plan.
Please note that the two codes serve different purposes:
- Upgrade coupon: Used at checkout to purchase your Pro or Max upgrade.
- Redemption code: Used after purchase to upgrade your subscription to Pro or Max.
